You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on easyoption. You agree to provide accurate identification during KYC verification and to keep your account credentials secure at all times.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use easyoption to engage in market manipulation, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Accounts found in violation will be suspended immediately.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to easyoption's systems, reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with other users' trading activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on easyoption — including the platform interface, data feeds, logos, and written content — is the exclusive property of easyoption and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

easyoption is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, user error, or events outside our reasonable control, including network outages or regulatory changes in your jurisdiction.

Trading cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk. Past performance of any asset does not indicate future results. You trade at your own risk and should only invest amounts you can afford to lose.

Third-Party Services

easyoption integrates with third-party payment processors, custodians, and data providers. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of these third parties beyond our published service-level agreements.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including enabling two-factor authentication and keeping your withdrawal whitelist current. easyoption will never ask for your password.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal address within 5 business days, subject to applicable holds.

Changes to Terms

easyoption may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
